Terms of Service

1. Services

KPro Digii provides digital marketing and social media growth services to businesses. All services are subject to a minimum three-month commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services. KPro Digii reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access to social media accounts and brand assets. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by KPro Digii remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership of client-specific content transfers to the client. KPro Digii retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, and pricing details.

6. Limitation of Liability

KPro Digii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the previous month.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice after the minimum commitment period. Early termination by the client during the minimum period may result in a termination fee.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
